Mike at Oleyn’s Pressure Washing cleaned our roof yesterday & we are really very happy with the result. He shared before and after pictures as he progressed through the job and was kind enough to clean some decorative bricks and our sidewalk leading to our front door. This was an unexpected highlight. REVISED 10-20-23: Once again we called Mike Oleyn from Oleyn's Pressure Washing to come back to Pressure Wash our entire house including all sides of the home, front vestibule, front walkway, driveway, gutters, back patio inside and out, screens, all windows, and hurricane shutters. While there may be plenty of options out there, this is the company you truly want to use for yourself, or your business. I was in desperate need of getting someone out to get our house ready to market online, and Oleyn's Pressure Pro's not only took the call, they stayed in contact with me from initial contact through completion of the job. They were more thorough than I had expected, and the house looks cleaner than the day we bought it. I will be using them personally, and professionally. I have been looking for a good pressure cleaning company for a while and not one other company impressed me more than Oleyn. He was responsive and prompt with a reasonable quote and followed up timely. The work was to clean our ice cream and chocolate outside patio where, stains and spills inevitably happen, and he did a fantastic job! We definitely will ise his services again and would recommend him to anyone looking for a great pressure cleaner.

The owner responded to my inquiry immediately. I mhave to say that I absolutely appreciate the web application for estimate. I think it makes things quick and easy. A full, affordable estimate was emailed back the same day. Great price! He was there the next day. That worked perfect because the house is listing in days. He also takes multiple forms of electronic payment. I would ABSOLUTELY reccomend!

They showed up on time, did an amazing job! It is mind blowing how amazing my roof looks like brand new tile. I used to do regular pressure washing doing the cheap way but the companies always cracked the tiles. I am so thankful I made the switch to soft pressure washing and will be using Oleyn's Pressure Washing again for all my properties and telling my clients too.

I called Oleyn's Pressure Washing to get a price to clean the asphalt in front of my house. Mike from Oleyn's Pressure Washing showed up promptly and went right to work. I could not believe the amount of dirt/stains that were immediately wiped away. I was extremely impressed with their equipment. Mike was extremely thorough and would not stop until HE was satisfied with the results. They had various chemicals available to attack the different trouble spots. I could not be happier. Now my neighbors are jealous and plan on calling Oleyn's Pressure Washing. Highly recommend this company.

Mike and his team are professional and came on time. He scheduled my appointment for a couple of weeks out because he was booked, but he still provided communication beforehand as a reminder and also did not require me to meet him - he provided a socially distant service. Our roof and gutters look great, and he even made sure the ground was clean all around my house after. I have only used this company once so far but will definitely call on them again!

I like the fact that they do not use high power/pressure for the roof. Mike paid attention to making sure the plants around the house do not get the mold cleanser that they used on the roof. He did a great job!!

My wife & I could not be more satisfied with the job Mike did on our home. We requested a quote from him and they got back to us very quickly with a great price. We discussed power washing the front of our house, the small pad around our pool, some pavers in the yard, and removal of old paint on our small patio we wished to repaint. Mike went above and beyond to do all of this and more. He cleaned every stone/paver in the yard. The house & windows are sparkling clean. The paint on the patio was removed down to the original concrete, ready for us to repaint. The back yard & pool area look so much brighter now that everything is cleaned up. You don’t realize how dirty things can get until you see them sparkling clean again!! If you’re looking for an easy and affordable way to spruce up the appearance of your home & yard, I highly recommend power washing services. We will definitely use Oleyn’s in the future and recommend them to friends. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had them take care of my roof a couple of weeks ago. Live in Boynton Leisureville, white roofs are mandatory. Last couple of times I had cleaning done roof still looked grey. Oleyn's came out and not only was the roof sparkling, they took extra time to make sure the fascia and gutters were clean as well. Absolutely no harm to any of the plantings around the house either. My neighbor was so impressed called me a couple of days later, were working on her roof today and I mentioned issue I was having with mold on my concrete surround. They took care of it and once again, results were fantastic, bright white again. Made sure to water the beds first so the plants would take up minimal chemicals too. I run my own business, work with seniors and their families daily, and I know and respect great work and customer service when I see it! Cannot recommend highly enough!

Mike Oleyn's Pressure Washing, Roof cleaning, and Soft Wash arrived on site as scheduled with a crew of competent professionals. They were extremely conscientious to take extra steps designed to protect surrounding vegetation and untargeted obstacles from unwanted damage. The owner of the business (Mike) was present and demonstrated an extensive knowledge for the safe use of environmentally friendly chemicals and compounds, which he used in a specific sequence, to loosen and lift many years of compressed dirt, discoloration, and mold build-up from hard to reach crevices. This preliminary process made it possible to use the least amount of water pressure, thereby preserving the original integrity and texture of the delicately aged surface being scoured. Upon completion of the deep cleaning, all surfaces were restored to a like new appearance and treated to resist future impact from ongoing and unavoidable exposure of natural elements. Mikes enthusiastic explanation of the science applied in developing his unique practice of professional pressure washing came to life with RESULTS. I highly recommend using Oleyn's Pressure Washing, Roof Cleaning and Soft Wash. Satisfied beyond expectation.

Mike did an AMAZING job!. He was not only punctual but truly spent the time to clean my roof. The cleaning solution he used was really soft ( no strong smell at all ) and he really made sure to protect my grass and flowers too. I was referred to this company through a friend. Scheduled Mike to come give an estimate (which was free) to power wash my pool area that was virtually black with mold.He worked his magic and it looks like new.Clean, smooth and what an incredible difference.He also removed all the mold (caused from the sprinkler system) from the decorative rock landscape.Oleyn’s is a service that I highly recommend if you want the job done right!Professional, courteous and wonderfully priced.You will not be disappointed.
