Definitely would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to get their house pressure wash. The scheduling was so easy and the communication was great. Last minute I mentioned my neighbor wanted to get her sidewalk cleaned and they accommodated her the same day they were pressure washing my home. I wished I took before and after pics. I have been looking for a good pressure cleaning company for a while and not one other company impressed me more than Oleyn. I called Oleyn's Pressure Washing to get a price to clean the asphalt in front of my house. Mike from Oleyn's Pressure Washing showed up promptly and went right to work. I could not believe the amount of dirt/stains that were immediately wiped away. I was extremely impressed with their equipment. Mike and his team are professional and came on time. He scheduled my appointment for a couple of weeks out because he was booked, but he still provided communication beforehand as a reminder and also did not require me to meet him - he provided a socially distant service. My wife & I could not be more satisfied with the job Mike did on our home. We requested a quote from him and they got back to us very quickly with a great price. We discussed power washing the front of our house, the small pad around our pool, some pavers in the yard, and removal of old paint on our small patio we wished to repaint. Mike went above and beyond to do all of this and more. He cleaned every stone/paver in the yard. The house & windows are sparkling clean. The paint on the patio was removed down to the original concrete, ready for us to repaint. The back yard & pool area look so much brighter now that everything is cleaned up. You don’t realize how dirty things can get until you see them sparkling clean again!! Had them take care of my roof a couple of weeks ago. Live in Boynton Leisureville, white roofs are mandatory. Last couple of times I had cleaning done roof still looked grey. Oleyn's came out and not only was the roof sparkling, they took extra time to make sure the fascia and gutters were clean as well. Absolutely no harm to any of the plantings around the house either. My neighbor was so impressed called me a couple of days later, were working on her roof today and I mentioned issue I was having with mold on my concrete surround. They took care of it and once again, results were fantastic, bright white again. Made sure to water the beds first so the plants would take up minimal chemicals too. I run my own business, work with seniors and their families daily, and I know and respect great work and customer service when I see it! Cannot recommend highly enough!

They were extremely conscientious to take extra steps designed to protect surrounding vegetation and untargeted obstacles from unwanted damage. The owner of the business (Mike) was present and demonstrated an extensive knowledge for the safe use of environmentally friendly chemicals and compounds, which he used in a specific sequence, to loosen and lift many years of compressed dirt, discoloration, and mold build-up from hard to reach crevices. This preliminary process made it possible to use the least amount of water pressure, thereby preserving the original integrity and texture of the delicately aged surface being scoured.
